摘要
当前职业教育人才培养体系中出现了评价体系不完整、评价方法不合理、数据收集不全等问题,亟须构建完善合理的人才培养体系。文章以金融专业为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教师教学质量、学生学习质量以及社会绩效等5个方面构建20个具体详细的指标,对高职院校金融专业人才培养质量评价体系进行研究。
In the current vocational education personnel training system, there is a problem that the evaluation system is incomplete, the evaluation method is unreasonable, the data collection is incomplete and so on. It is urgent to construct perfect and reasonable personnel training system. This paper studies the quality evaluation system of financial professionals in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of talent training objectives, curriculum system, teachers' teaching quality, students' learning quality and social performance of twenty specific indicators take an example from the financial professionals training objectives.
