摘要
针对机械手在低温和超低温冷库中的应用问题,本文以青岛海尔特种电器有限公司为黄岛血站建造的一座机械手血浆储存冷库为例,对桁架式机械手在低温工程中的应用进行研究。采取桁架式机械手收取血浆的方式,对冷库的结构、制冷系统和机械手系统进行了介绍,并分析了其设计思路。分析结果表明,机械手在低温条件下会受到多种因素的影响,难以长久稳定运行,而且低温对机械手的机械结构、润滑系统、传感识别系统的性能产生一定的影响。通过分析,给出了相应的解决方案,保护了冷库内储存的生物制品,减少了工作人员进入冷库的次数,提高了冷库的利用率。该研究为机械手在冷库中的应用提供了参考依据。
Aiming at the application of manipulator in cryogenic and ultra - low temperature cold storage, this paper takes the cold storage that built by Haier for Huangdao Blood Station as an example to study the applica-tion of truss manipulator in cryogenic engineering. Through the use of truss robots to receive plasma, the structure of the cold storage, the refrigeration system and the manipulator system are introduced, and the de-sign idea is analyzed. The results show that the manipulator will be affected by many factors under low temper-ature conditions, so it is difficult to run stably for a long time. The low temperature has a certain influence on the mechanical structure, lubrication system and the sensor recognition system, and the corresponding solu-tions are given through analysis. The study protects the biological products in cold storage, reducing the num-ber of staff entering the cold storage and improving the utilization of cold storage.
