摘要
以植物油为原料合成了两种可生物降解的环境友好的新型酯型润滑剂 (A、B合成油 ) ,考察了它们的流变学性能和摩擦学性能 ,同时考察了A合成油的可生物降解性 ,试验发现 :两种合成油的流变学性能较好 ,倾点均低于高档合成油季戊四醇酯和VG15 0 #矿物油的倾点 ,粘度指数较高 (VI135 ,14 5 )。A合成油的摩擦学性能优于季戊四醇酯和VG15 0 #矿物油。B合成油的承载能力优于季戊四醇酯和VG15 0 #矿物油 ,摩擦系数和磨痕直径与季戊四醇酯和VG15 0 #矿物油的相当。A合成油经过 2 1天生物降解后降解率高达 99 1% ,是环境友好的润滑剂。
Two environmental friendly biodegradable new lubricants(A and B) were synthesized with the vegetable oils,the rheological and tribological characteristics were analyzed,and the biodegradability of the synthesized lubricant A was studied.The results show the rheological characteristics of the two synthesized lubricants are good.The pour point of the two synthesized lubricants are lower than that of the slap-up synthesized lubricant Pentaerythritol esters(C 7~9 acidate) and mineral oil(VG150).The viscosity indexes of them are higher(VI135,145).The tribological characteristics of A are better than that of the slap-up synthesized lubricant pentaerythritol esters(C 7~9 acidate) and mineral oil(VG150).The loading ability of B is better than that of the slap-up synthesized lubricant pentaerythritol esters(C 7~9 acidate) and mineral oil(VG150),while the friction coefficient and wear scan diameter are equal to that of the slap-up synthesized lubricant pentaerythritol esters(C 7~9 acidate) and mineral oil(VG150).After 21days,the biodegradable percent of A is high to 99.1%. It is a kind of environmental friendly lubricant.
