摘要
目的建立神农镇痛膏中士的宁的含量测定方法 ,并制定其限量标准。方法采用C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为A相(乙腈)∶B相(0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mol/L KH_2PO_4等量混合溶液,用10%H_3PO_4调节pH值到2.8)=21∶79,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为260 nm。结果线性范围为54.048~2026.8 ng,r=0.9996,本方法的重复性和精密度良好(RSD<2.0%),其限量拟定为每100平方厘米含马钱子以士的宁(C_(21)H_(22)N_2O_2)计为0.20~1.00 mg。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于神农镇痛膏中士的宁的含量测定,其限量客观合理,保证了用药的安全有效。
Objective To establish a content determination method of Strychnine in Shengnong Zhengtong Paste,and to set its limited quantity standard.Methods C18 chromatographic column was used, and the mobile phase was phase A （acetonitrile）：phase B （0.01 mol/L heptane sodium sulfonate and 0.02 mol/L KH2PO4 of equal mixing solution,with 10% H3PO4 to adjust pH value to 2.8） =21：79.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 260 nm.Results The linear range was 54.048-2026.8 ng,r=0.9996,and the reproducibility and precision of this method was good （RSD〈2.0%）.The limited quantity scheduled having maqianZi of 0.20-1.00 mg every 100 square centimeters calculating with Strychnine （C21H22N2O2）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repro- ducible.It can be used for the determination of Strychnine in Shengnong Zhengtong Paste.Its limited quantity is objec- tive and rational to ensure the safety of drug use.
