摘要
人类卵母细胞冷冻作为生育力保存的一种方式,在辅助生殖技术中起关键作用,目前已在辅助生殖领域得到越来越广泛的应用,并成为生殖医学的研究热点之一。卵母细胞冷冻技术经过多年的发展也取得了较大的进步,冷冻方法上新兴的玻璃化冷冻法逐步取代了传统的程序化慢速冷冻。但不同成熟期人卵母细胞冷冻保存的研究仍有诸多争议。卵母细胞的冷冻保存不论冷冻方法还是冷冻技术如何,都有与年龄相关的婴儿出生率下降的趋势。
Human oocyte cryopreservation, as one of the fertility preservation technologies, plays a key role in assisted reproductive technology. At present, it has been widely used in the field of assisted reproduction, and has become one of the hotspots in reproductive medicine. Ooeyte cryopreservation technology has made great progress, emerging vitrification freezing method is gradually replacing the traditional slow freezing procedure. There is still much controversy on cryopreservation of human oocytes at different maturity stages. There is age-related birth rate declining trend in human oocyte cryopreservation, no matter what the freezing method and technology are.
