摘要
对现有卵子冷冻技术发展史及现有状况进行回顾,理性认识在当今社会中单身女性卵子冷冻可能引发的辅助生殖医疗技术、伦理及法律问题,对其存在的问题及对当代人类社会的意义进行探讨。在保障实现单身女性生育权的同时,正视其与伦理、法律相冲突的情况。同时,对单身女性卵子冷冻中可能出现的医疗、法律、伦理方面的问题及现有的管理法规提出应对建议,不断加强、优化卵子冷冻的管理法律法规,使单身卵子冷冻成为辅助生殖技术中保留生育力的可发展之路。
By reviewing the history and current status of oocyte cryopreservation,this article aims to increase the awareness of medical,ethical and social problems arise from oocyte cryopreservation for single women.It discusses the problems as well as its significance for today's society.The authors argue that the reproductive rights of single women should be respected,while it also faces ethical and legal challenges.Meanwhile,some recommendations are made,including strengthen and optimize the related laws and regulations of oocyte cryopreservation,so as to make oocyte cryopreservation for single women be a viable way to retain fertility in assisted reproductive technology.
