摘要
目的观察针药联合治疗原发性干燥综合征口干症状的改善情况。方法将109例原发性干燥综合征患者随机分为对照组54例和治疗组55例,对照组给予路氏润燥汤加减治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用针刺疗法。2组疗程均为12周,分别于治疗0、1、2、3、4、6、8、10、12周时,观察两组口干视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS),于0、4、8、12周时观测两组唾液流率结果,以评价联合针刺疗法对路氏润燥汤的增效作用。结果治疗组与对照组均可改善原发性干燥综合征患者口干VAS及唾液流率水平。在治疗12周时,治疗组口干VAS总有效率为70.91%;对照组口干VAS总有效率为57.41%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者非刺激性唾液流率组间无统计学差异。结论路氏润燥汤联合针刺疗法可更快的改善原发性干燥综合综合征患者口干(VAS)主观症状。
Objective To observe the improvement of primary Sjgren＇s syndrome dry mouth by acupuncture and medieine. Methods 109 cases of patients with primary Sjgren＇s syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group of 55 cases and control group of 54 cases. The treatment group was treated with modified Lushi Runzao decoction combined with acupuncture therapy, and patients in the control group were treated only with modified Lushi Runzao decoction. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Respectively in the treatment of 0,1,2,3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks, the VAS of mouth dryness was observed. In the treatment of O, 4, 8 and 12 weeks, the saliva flow rate results were observed. The synergism of Lushi tlunzao decoction combined with acupuncture therapy based on the above two results were evaluated. Results Both two groups can improve the VAS of mouth dryness and the saliva flow rate. In the treatment of 12 weeks, in the treatment group, the total effective rate of VAS of mouth dryness was 70.91%, in the control group, the total efti^ctive rate of VAS of mouth dryness was 57.41%. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） . For the saliva flow rate, the difference was not statistically significant between the 1wo groups. Conclusion Lushi Runzao decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can more effectively and timely improve the VAS of mouth dryness in patients with primary Sjgren＇s syndrome.
