摘要
目的探讨分组PBL教学法在干眼症患者经针灸推拿治疗的教学效果。方法将实习同学进行门诊部和住院部的分阶段学习,以小组为单位,选择干眼症作为单病种示教模型进行PBL教学法带教,并与传统实习带教方法进行比较。结果分组PBL教学法提高了干眼症单病种学习效率,提高了学生的临床工作和学习能力。结论分组PBL教学法与传统师生一对一教学方法比较有较大的优越性,值得在临床教学中推广。
Objective To investigate the teaching effect of group PBL in acupuncture and massage therapy in the treatment of xerophthahnia. Methods The internship-students were divided into groups of outpatient and inpatient stages. The xerophthalmia was selected as a single teaching model with PBL teaching method, and then it was compared with the traditional teaching methods. Results The grouping PBL teaching method can improve the learning effect of xerophthalmia, and student's ability of clinical and learning. Conclusion There is great superiority comparing the group PBL teaching method with the traditional teacher-student one to one teaching method, so it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
