摘要
对表面经过超声滚压处理后的Inconel718镍基合金做室温下的应力比r=-1的轴向高周疲劳试验。采用正交方法,从试验的角度分析超声滚压工艺参数(静压强P、进给量fv、转速n)对Inconel718镍基合金疲劳寿命的影响。在试验的基础上,将疲劳循环次数作为评价指标,综合运用极差、方差和回归分析等方法,对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:经过超声滚压后,工艺参数中静压强和进给量是显著性因素,对疲劳寿命具有决定性影响,贡献率分别为45%和28%;而转速的影响则为不显著因素,贡献率只有14%。疲劳循环次数y与因素静压强x_1、进给量x_2之间的关系可用y=3.38-0.42x_1+3.58x_2来描述。
Based on Inconel718 Ni based alloy after ultrasonic rolling processing treatment, the axial high cycle fatigue test was carried out at room temperature by the stress ratio r=-l. Adopting orthogonal method, the effects of ultrasonic rolling parameters (static pressure P, feed ratefv and speed n) on the fatigue life of Inconel718 nickel based alloy were analyzed from the experimental angle. On the basis of experiment, the number of fatigue cycles was taken as the evaluation index, meanwhile the experiment results were analyzed by range, variance and regression analysis. The results show that after ultrasonic rolling treatment, the static pressure and feed rate in process parameters are significant factors, which have a decisive influence on the fatigue life, then, the contribution rate is 45% and 28%, respectively. While the influence of speed is inconsequential factor, whose contribution rate only reaches 14%. The relationship between the fatigue cycle number y and the factor of static pressure x1 and feed x2 can be described by y=3.38-0.42x1+3.58x2.
