摘要 分析研究了叶片成形工艺,确定了叶片制坯的挤杆、镦头工艺路线。利用PRO/E初步创建模具型腔,采用有限元分析模拟软件DEFORM对单榫头叶片精锻成形工艺过程进行三维热力耦合数值模拟。对不同摩擦条件下的温度场、等效应力场以及载荷-时间变化曲线进行了分析,得出不同摩擦因子对叶片制坯成形的影响,为单榫头叶片制坯工艺成形过程提供理论指导。得出较合理的毛坯、温度场、等效应力场及载荷-时间曲线。对优化叶片制坯工艺参数,提高航空工业叶片精锻工艺研究水平具有重要意义。 The blade forming process was studied in order tO decide the bar-extrusion and head-upset as the process route. The engineering software Pro/E was used as a geometric modeling tool to create the die-cavity. In order to study the effect of friction coefficient and provide theoretical direction in forming blade with one rabbet, the 3D thermal-couple mechanical simulation for forming IN718 alloy blade with one rabbet was carried out and the temperature field, the equivalent stress field and load-time curve were analyzed under different friction conditions by the finite element technique software DEFORM. After that, the reasonable blank, temperature field, equivalent stress field and load-time curve could be obtained. The research is important to optimize op the precision forging of blades in aero-engine.
