摘要
研究了 30 0 M钢飞机起落架外筒内螺纹根部圆角滚压强化对疲劳性能的影响 ,并利用 X射线应力分析仪 ,扫描电镜 ( SEM)及透射电镜 ( TEM) ,分析了螺级滚压强化机制。研究结果表明 ,滚压强化后疲劳强度极限 ( σ0 .1从 2 5 0 MPa提高到 448MPa,提高幅度达 79%。
The effect of female screw rolling strengthening on the fatigue property of 300M superhigh steel has been investigated. The stregthening mechanism was studied also by means of X ray stress analyses SEM and TEM. It was shown that by screw rolling strengthening the fatigue strength limitation of the specimen was improved from σ 0 1 =250MPa to σ 0 1 =448MPa. The high macroscopic compressive residual stress, the increase in dislocation density in the strengthened layer and the decrease in the screw surface roughness were the major factors leading to the enhanced fatigue strength.
