摘要
介绍了荆门分公司硫酸装置管线的升级改造情况。根据不同浓度和温度的硫酸的腐蚀特性,技术人员对稀酸工序管线采用钢衬PO管道、成品酸管线采用不锈钢材质、下塔酸管线采用膜压四氟管道。改造后,管线使用周期长,减少了因管线泄漏引起的装置非计划停工,为装置长周期稳定运行提供了保障。
Transformation of sulphuric acid plant pipeline in Jingmen Branch is described. According to different concentrationsand temperature of the corrosion characteristics of sulphuric acid, technical staff use steel lining pipeline, finished acid pipeline with stainless steel, the next tower acid line using membrane pressure PTFE pipe. After the transforma-tion, the pipeline is used for a long period of time, reducing the equipment due to pipeline lakage caused by unplanned downtime,providing a guarantee for long periods of operation stability.
