摘要
双相不锈钢在焊接过程中容易产生应力集中,在使用过程中产生裂纹直至断裂。针对双相不锈钢材质的这一问题,分析了它应用于湿法磷酸萃取搅拌器时产生裂纹的原因,并对搅拌器结构进行了改进,在实际生产中取得了理想的效果。
The duplex stainless steel is prone to stress concentration in the welding process,and cracking or even fracture during use. For this problem in the duplex stainless steel,the cause of the cracking in the agitator for wet process phosphoric acid extraction is analyzed,and the structure of the agitator is improved,which has achieved excellent performance during the actual operation.
