摘要 介绍了阳极保护浓硫酸不锈钢管道的研究开发。对于w(H2 SO4 ) 90 %~ 10 0 %、温度不高于 12 5℃的硫酸介质 ,采用普通奥氏体不锈钢管道施加阳极保护作为输送管道 ,其腐蚀率不大于 0 0 5mm/a。在工业试验的基础上 ,阳极保护浓硫酸管道先后在 10余套硫酸装置上成功应用 。 The research and development of anodically protected stainless steel tube for transporting concentrated sulphuric acid in sulphuric acid plant are introduced. The corrosion rate of anodically protected common austenic stainless steel in 90%~100% sulphuric acid at below 125 ℃ is less than 0.05 mm/a.On the basis of commercial test, anodically protected tube has been successfully used in more than ten sulphuric acid plants with significant effect.
