摘要
介绍了浙江江铜富冶和鼎铜业有限公司800 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置工艺设计和设备选型情况。该装置设计采用一级动力波洗涤器—气体冷却塔—二级动力波洗涤器—两级电除雾器,稀酸洗涤净化、ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ二转二吸工艺流程,尾气处理采用石灰石-石膏法动力波脱硫技术,废酸处理采用两级硫化+石膏+两级中和铁盐法。装置生产运行稳定,进转化器烟气φ(SO_(2))为12%,总转化率99.91%,SO_(2)吸收率99.99%,尾气ρ(SO_(2))<60 mg/m^(3),工艺水消耗1.8 m^(3)/t,电耗86 kWh/t。
The process design and equipment selection of 800 kt/a copper smelting flue gas acid plant in Zhejiang Jiangtong Fuye Heding Copper Co., Ltd. are introduced. The design of the unit adopts the process flow of the first dynamic wave scrubber-gas cooling tower-the second dynamic wave scrubber-two stages electric demisters, dilute acid washing and purification, ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ twice conversions and twice absorptions. The tail gas is treated by limestone gypsum dynamic wave desulfurization technology, and the waste acid is treated by two stages vulcanization + gypsum + two stages neutralization iron salt method. The production and operation of the unit is stable, and φ(SO_(2)) of the flue gas into the converter is about 12%, total conversion rate is 99.91%, SO_(2) absorption rate is 99.99%,and tail gas ρ(SO_(2)) < 60 mg/m^(3), process water consumption is 1.8 m^(3)/t, and power consumption is 86 kWh/t.
