摘要
重点介绍了清华大学附属北京清华长庚院引入PF医师费制度科内积分的设计理念与实践情况。科内积分由行政职务、科内贡献、教学研究、主管评核、医疗质量与奖惩5部分组成。医院依据当前发展目标赋予指标不同比例分值,通过PF医师费制度科内积分的评核实践,有效提升了医师教学、科研的积极性与责任感,同时引导医院医教研分阶段协调发展。
This paper mainly introduces the design concept and practice of department's internal score under the rules of physician fee in Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital, Tsinghua University. Department's internal score is consist of five parts, which are administrative posts, contribution to the development of the department, performance on education & research, assessment of supervisor, rewards and punishments for the quality of medical care. In different stages of the development of hospital, each index will be assigned different values, in order to improve the physician's enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for education and scientific research effectively, and coordinate development of medical, education and scientific research in a phased manner.
