摘要
工程施工阶段团队成员较易滋生机会主义行为且后果危害严重。首先从机会主义行为产生和发展的客观条件、多阶段关联机制与动态演化特征以及主体行为的多样性与适应性三方面对工程施工团队中机会主义行为的复杂性进行了分析;针对复杂性挑战以及现有研究的不足,提出将基于计算实验的情景建模引入到工程施工团队机会主义行为的研究中,对该建模方式的优势、思路等进行了阐述;分别基于机会主义行为产生机理、多阶段关联机制与演化规律以及防范策略等方面提出具体研究思路与展望;在此基础上给出一个基于计算实验方法的具体应用案例,旨在为我国工程施工团队中机会主义行为遏制与防范的研究提供一定的借鉴意义。

This paper firstly considered the objective and of opportunistic behavior~ s emergence and development, multi-stage association and dynamic evolution characteristics, and the behavioral diversity and adaptability, and analyzes the complexity and challenge of opportunistic behavior in construction team. We suggest using scenario modeling based on computational experiment to study the opportunism in construction team, and elaborate advantages of scenario modeling. Some directions such as the generation mechanism, multi- stage association and dynamic evolution and prevention strategies for future research are proposed. We also give a specific application case based on computational experiment. This paper aims at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for containment and prevention of opportunistic behavior for construction team members.
