同异反模式的管道土壤腐蚀综合评价 被引量:2

摘要 为了保证能源管道的运输安全,减少管道事故的发生,提高管道土壤腐蚀评价的准确性,选取氧化还原电位、硫酸根离子含量、含水量、p H值和计算的平均腐蚀速率5种评价指标,通过集对理论将管道土壤腐蚀的5种多因素指标与土壤腐蚀等级组成集对,运用熵权计算法确定各指标权重,按照聚类分析思想的择近原则,计算同异反模式的分类系统与待测系统联系度之间的距离,从而辨别待测系统所属的腐蚀级别。以川气东送管道梁平段腐蚀埋片样本数据为例,选用8组数据作为训练样本构造评价模型,另外8组数据作为检验样本,模型对检验样本的评价结果符合现场实际的腐蚀情况,为管道土壤腐蚀评价提供了方法指导。 In order to guarantee the transportation safety of the energy pipeline, reduce the occurrence of pipeline accidents, and improve the evaluation accuracy of the soil corrosion on pipeline, we select five kinds of evaluation factors, REDOX potential, sulfuric acid root ion content, water content, pH value, and average corrosion rate. The five kinds of multi-factor indexes of the soil corrosion on pipeline and the soil corrosion grade are made into a set pair with the set pair theory, determine the index weight by the entro- py method,calculate the distance of the contact degree between the forecast system to test and the classi- fication system in the contrary identical discrepancy model according to the choice of the nearly principle of the clustering analysis thought. Taking the corrosion buried piece data of the East gas pipeline Liang ping section in Sichuan as an example, choose eight sets of data as the training sample structure evaluation model, the other 8 sets of data as the test sample, the model evaluation results for the test sample conform to the actual situation. It provides a methodological guidance for the soil corrosion evaluation.
