摘要
标枪属于体能主导类快速力量型项目,由身体末端发力作用于器械纵轴上非周期运动项目。躯干力量(即核心力量)不仅是投掷标枪主要发力源,而且也是上下肢力量传递的中间环节,因此躯干力量的强与弱对标枪专项成绩有一定影响作用。本文通过三维影像测试解析、实验等方法,以北京体育大学竞技学院24名二级水平男子标枪运动员作为实验对象,进行为期12周核心力量训练。经研究表明:实验组与对照组相比,在最后用力阶段,右脚着地时躯干后倾角、髋转角、右膝角有显著性差异;左脚着地时左膝角、投掷臂与躯干夹角、髋转角有显著性差异;枪出手瞬间出手速度、躯干后倾角、左膝角、标枪专项成绩有显著性差异。因此,核心力量训练对二级水平男子标枪运动员身体关节角度的改变、重心的稳定、发力时身体姿态的保持、满弓技术的形成发挥着特殊作用。
Javelin throwing is a fast power-based sport dominated by one's physical fitness. It is an aperiodic sport with the force generated from body extremities on vertical axis devices. Torso strength (core strength) is not only the main force source of javelin throwing, but also the intermediate link of strength transfer between the upper and lower limbs; therefore, whether the torso strength is strong or weak may affect the athlete's performance. Twenty four male class 2 javelin throwers from Sport Coaching School of Beijing Sport University were participated in 12 weeks core strength training, and data were tested by 3D image analysis. Results: Compared with control group, the trunk angle, hip angle and right knee angle in the final throwing stage of experiment group are different when the right foot is on the ground, while the left knee angle, angle between the throwing arm and the trunk, and hip angle are different between two groups when the left foot is on the ground. Release speed, trunk angle, left knee angle in the final stage and performance are different between two groups. Thus, core strength training plays a special role in the change of joints angles, the stability of barycenter, maintaining body posture at the throwing, and the formation of full bow technique of class 2 javelin throwers.
