摘要
"食品分析实验"课程是食品类专业中一门重要的专业课,而作为食品分析中不可或缺的一部分,实验课上学习实验技能水平偏低现象亟待解决。在原有的教学方法上寻求创新,根据激发独立自主性、实验竞赛及创新教学模式最大限度地提高"食品分析实验"教学质量和教学效率,进而提高学生学习食品检测实验技能水平和综合素质。
Food Andlysis Experiment courses is a important courses. As an indispensable course food analysis the phenomenon of low experiment skills needs to be solved. Based on the original teaching method for innovation, according to inspired independent experiment competition and the innovation teaching mode to improve Food Analysis Experiment class teaching quality and teaching efficiency in order to improve learning food detection experiment skills level and integrated quality.
