摘要
采用食品级盐酸作为草鱼鳞脱钙剂,以脱钙率和回收率作为评价指标,探讨了盐酸浓度、液料比、脱钙时间对草鱼鳞的影响。结果表明,脱钙最佳工艺条件为盐酸浓度0.5 mol/L,液料比10∶1,脱钙时间50 min,此时草鱼鳞脱钙率高达97.7%,回收率70.1%。该工艺参数经过放大,能够较好地适用于50 kg级的工业生产。
Using food grade hydrochloric acid as grass carp scales decalcification agent as well as the decalcification rate and recovery rate as the evaluation indexs, the influence of the hydrochloric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio, decalcification time on the scales of grass are investigated. The results indicate that the optimum conditions for decalcification is 0.5 mol/L HCl, ratio of liquid to solid 10 : 1 and the decalcification time 50 min,the grass carp scales decalcification rate is 97.7% and the recovery rate is 70.1%. The amplified process parameters can be well applied to the industrial production of grade 50 kg.
