抗菌微乔线在治疗伸肌腱近止点处断裂中的临床效果

摘要 目的探讨抗菌微乔线在伸肌腱近止点处断裂的治疗效果。方法随机将200例伸肌腱近止点处断裂患者分为A、B、C、D 4组,分别采用克氏针抗菌微乔线背伸固定法、克氏针背伸固定法、钢丝抽拉固定止点重建法、微型锚钉止点重建法进行治疗。回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果 A组手术时间最短、并发症最少,B组住院费用最低;A组、D组优良率显著高于其他2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组重度疼痛例数最少,C组重度疼痛例数最多。结论抗菌微乔线在治疗伸肌腱近止点处断裂中具有良好的治疗效果,临床应用价值高。
