摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗急性骨创伤后疼痛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年10月~2016年10月在我院治疗的84例急性骨创伤后疼痛患者的临床资料,将其随机分为两组。治疗组42例,应用中西医结合治疗;对照组42例,应用西医治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛、睡眠、康复、治疗满意度及治疗前、治疗3 d后的VAS评分。结果治疗组的轻度疼痛例数22例,PSQI<8分17例,均多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组重度疼痛例数为7例,PSQI>15分5例,均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的康复总优良率为92.86%,治疗3 d后的VAS评分为(2.78±0.42)分,治疗总满意度为95.24%,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急性骨创伤后疼痛的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pain after acute bone trauma. Methods Clinical data of 84 patients with pain after acute bone trauma who were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly assigned to two groups. 42 patients in the treatment group were given the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment; 42 patients in the control group were given Western medicine for treatme.nt, pain, sleep, recovery and satisfaction with treatment, as well as the VAS scores before the treatment and 3 d after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There were 22 cases with mild pain and 17 cases with PSQI〈8 in the treatment group, which were all more than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; there were 7 cases with severe pain and 5 cases with PSQI〉15 in the treatment group, which were all less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the overall excellent and good rate of recovery was 92.86%, VAS score 3 d after the treatment was（2.78＋0.42）, and the overall satisfaction rate with the treatment was 95.24% in the treatment group, which were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pain after acute bone trauma is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
