摘要
目的探析微型锚钉修复手指伸肌腱止点断裂伤中锤状指畸形的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年7月—2016年7月期间该院收治的100例手指伸肌腱止点断裂伤中锤状指畸形患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,两组患者各有50例,对照组和观察组分别采用传统抽丝钢针法治疗和微型锚钉修复治疗后,再对比两组患者的手术时间、断端恢复时间、优良率、住院时间、总不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者优良率(98.00%)、住院时间(21.36±2.58)d、手术时间(34.05±5.47)min、断端恢复时间(19.34±4.52)d、总不良事件发生率(2.00%)明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论微型锚钉修复手指伸肌腱止点断裂伤中锤状指畸形患者效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of micro-anchoring nail repair for mallet finger deformity in the finger extensor terminal tendon rupture. Methods 100 cases of patients with mallet finger deformity in the finger extensor terminal tendon rupture admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the traditional wire treatment and micro-anchoring nail repair, and the operation time, rim recovery time, excellent and good rate, length of stay and total incidence rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate,length of stay and operation time, rim recovery time and total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group were respectively 98.00%,(21.36±2.58)d,(34.05±5.47)min,(19.34±4.52)d and 2.00%, which were obviously better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of micro-anchoring nail repair for mallet finger deformity in the finger extensor terminal tendon rupture is obvious.
