摘要
目的整理《伤寒杂病论》方治疗心律失常的方剂谱以供临床参考。方法检索《中华医典》,同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普期刊中文数据库以及中国生物医学文献服务系统中运用《伤寒杂病论》方治疗心律失常的相关文献,提取纳入医案及文献信息建立心律失常医案信息采集表,并根据经方使用频次分别建立心律失常古代医案、现代临床研究文献及个案经验文献三类方剂谱。结果共纳入古代医案107则,现代临床研究435篇、个案经验540则。古代医案中治疗心律失常的方剂共36首,使用频次在前3位的依次为炙甘草汤(18)、甘麦大枣汤(10)、苓桂术甘汤(8)、肾气丸(8);现代临床研究文献涉及治疗心律失常的方剂共45首,使用频次在前3位的依次为炙甘草汤(221)、麻黄附子细辛汤(76)、桂枝甘草汤(16);现代个案经验文献涉及治疗心律失常的方剂共68首,使用频次在前3位的依次为炙甘草汤(138)、麻黄附子细辛汤(73)、苓桂术甘汤(29)。结论《伤寒杂病论》方治疗心律失常以炙甘草汤、苓桂术甘汤及桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤最为多见,同时麻黄附子细辛汤、甘麦大枣汤、肾气丸等也是常用经方。
Objective Summarizing the spectrum of prescriptions for treating arrhythmia in Shanghan Zabing Lun to provide clinical reference. Methods Chinese Medical Pawning（《中华医典》） was reviewed. Meanwhile,related papers on treating arrhythmia with prescriptions in Shanghan Zabing Lun were searched from Journal Full-Text Database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wan Fang Data,VIP Data in Chinese,and Chinese Biological Medical Literature Database on disc. Medical records were included and paper information was extracted to build arrhythmia medical record information collection table. According to the use frequency of classical prescriptions,3spectrums of prescriptions for arrhythmia were built,including prescriptions from ancient case reports,modern clinical research literature,and individual case reports and clinical experience summaries. Results Totally,107 ancient case reports,435 papers on modern clinical research,540 individual case reports and experience summaries were included. There were 36 prescriptions treating arrhythmia in the ancient cases. The 3 most frequently used prescriptions were Zhi Gancao Decoction（炙甘草汤,18 times）,Ganmai Dazao Decoction（甘麦大枣汤,10 times）,Linggui Zhugan Decoction（苓桂术甘汤,8 times） and Shenqi Pill（肾气丸,8 times）. In modern clinical research literature,there were 45 prescriptions for treating arrhythmia. The 3 most frequently used ones were Zhi Gancao Decoction（221times）,Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction（麻黄附子细辛汤,76 times） and Guizhi Gancao Decoction（桂枝甘草汤,16times）. In modern single case reports and experience summaries,there were 68 prescriptions for treating arrhythmia.The 3 most frequently used were Zhi Gancao Decoction（138 times）,Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction（73 times） and Linggui Zhugan Decoction（29 times）. Conclusion Common prescriptions in Shanghan Zabing Lun for treating arrhythmia are Zhi Gancao Decoction,Linggui Zhugan Decoction and Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction（桂枝
