摘要
目的评价胺碘酮在急诊治疗快速型心律失常中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择的研究对象为本院收治的92例快速型心律失常患者(2016年9月至2018年5月),按照抽签法的分组方式分为两组,其中对照组46例给予常规治疗,治疗组46例在对照组治疗基础上给予胺碘酮治疗,对两组临床治疗效果和安全性进行评比。结果治疗组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心律均比对照组明显减少,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与治疗组的临床治疗总有效率相比较,对照组明显低于治疗组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊治疗快速型心律失常治疗中应用胺碘酮,可进一步提高临床疗效和安全性,具有临床使用和推广意义。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of amiodarone in emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia. Methods The selected subjects were 92 patients with tachyarrhythmia admitted to our hospital(September 2016 to May 2018). They were divided into two groups according to the grouping method of the lottery method, and 46 patients in the control group were given routine treatment. 46 patients in the treatment group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of the control group, and the clinical treatment effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rhythm of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was significant statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). The control group and the treatment group were compared with the total effective rate. The control group was significantly lower than the treatment group, and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of amiodarone in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia in emergency treatment can further improve the clinical efficacy and safety, and has clinical use and promotion significance.
