摘要
目的:通过对针灸治疗肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的相关文献资料进行整理分析,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:按照循证医学的原则,采用统一编制的"针灸治疗肿瘤化疗后消化道反应文献质量评价信息采集表",对1979-2014年发表的临床随机对照试验进行质量评价,对筛选出文献进行Meta分析。结果:共获得中文临床文献60篇,随机对照试验文献(RCT)30篇;英文临床文献10篇,其中RCT有5篇,符合纳入标准的只有中文RCT 17篇。结论:针灸治疗肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的症状改善有效率优于常规药物治疗。
Objective： To arrange and analyze the relevant literature of acupuncture treatment for gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy of tumor,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： Based on the principle of evidence-based medicine, ＂ evaluation data scale of literature quality on acupuncture treatment for gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy of tumor＂ was made. Quality of the clinical randomized controlled trials between 1979 and 2014 were evaluated and the selected literatures were made Meta analysis. Results： Totally 60 Chinese clinical articles were got and randomized into randomized controlled trial articles（ RCT,30 articles）,English clinical articles（ 10 articles,including 5 RCT）,only 17 Chinese RCT accorded with the inclusive criteria. Conclusion： The effective rate of acupuncture treatment for gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy of tumor is superior to conventional drug therapy.
