摘要
[目的]建立快速、准确、高灵敏度的测定甜蜜素等6种甜味剂的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLCMS)测定市售饮料中的甜蜜素、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、纽甜、三氯蔗糖、甜菊糖苷的含量,同时采用正负离子模式,并进行多反应检测(MRM)。[结果]该方法的线性范围为20~1 000 ng/m L,标准曲线线性良好,其回归方程及相关系数R分别为:甜蜜素,Y=3 380X-49 100,R=0.999 7;安赛蜜,Y=8 620X+21 700,R=0.998 7;阿斯巴甜,Y=4 070X-12 400,R=0.999 7;纽甜,Y=5 930X-21 300,R=0.999 4;三氯蔗糖,Y=123X+425,R=0.999 7;甜菊糖苷,Y=332X-967,R=0.997 1。最低检出限分别为甜蜜素0.1 mg/kg、安塞蜜0.2 mg/kg、阿斯巴甜0.2 mg/kg、纽甜0.03 mg/kg、三氯蔗糖0.2 mg/kg、甜菊糖苷0.2 mg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简便、快速,是食品中甜蜜素等6种非糖类甜味剂的快速而准确的检测方法。
[ Objective ] In order to establish a rapid, accurate, high sensitivity method for determination of Cyclamate Sodium etc. six kinds of sweetening agent. [ Method ] The contents of Cyclamate Sodium, Acesulfame, Aspartame, Neotame, Sueralose and Stevioside in commercially available beverage were determined by HPLC-MS,the positive and negative ion modes were used to conduct MRM. [ Result] The results showed that a good linearity was obtained for the standard curve with 20 to 1 000 ng/mL, and the regression equation and correlation coefficient R were : Cyclamate Sodium:Y=3 380X-49 100,R =0. 999 7; Acesulfame Y=8 620X +21 700,R =0. 998 7; Aspartame:Y=4 070X - 12 400,R =0. 999 7; Neotame : Y = 5 930X - 21 300,R = 0. 999 4 ; Sucralose : Y = 123X + 425, R = 0. 999 7 ; Stevioside : Y = 332X - 967, R = 0. 997 1. The minimum detection limits were: Cyclamate Sodium:0. 1 mg/kg; Acesulfame :0. 2 mg/kg; Aspartame:0.2 mg/kg; Neotame:0.03 mg/kg; Sucralose: 0.2 mg/kg;Stevioside :0.2 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] This method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate, and it is a suitable method for rapid determination of Cyclamate Sodium etc. six kinds of sweetening agent of non-carbohydrate in the food.
