摘要
结合改性聚合物材料的实际使用工况,结合数字图像相关法(DIC),对车用前保险杠外罩材料聚丙烯+三元乙丙橡胶(PP+EPDM-TD10)进行应变率为准静态(0.000 6 s^(-1))、1 s^(-1)、25 s^(-1)、90 s^(-1)的拉伸试验。得到材料在各应变率下的应力-应变信息。分析该材料的拉伸破坏过程,以及应变率对其力学性能影响。结果表明,应变率对黏弹性材料聚丙烯(PP)+三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)-TD10的断裂应力、断裂应变、屈服应力和流变应力影响较大。根据改进的Erying理论模型,结合试验数据得出该材料的屈服应力与应变率之间函数模型。
Base on the material's working condition and digital image correlation (DIC) technology, the uniaxial tensile tests for po|ymer based material of polypropylene/ethylene-propylene-diene monomer/talc (PP+EPDM-TD10) which is a common material of front bumper on vehicle were conducted in various strain rates including 0. 000 6 s^-1 , 1 s^-1 , 25 s^-1 and 90 s^-1. From the experimental and simulation results, stress and strain information was obtained. The material failure process was investigated, and then the study focused on how strain rate effect material's mechanical properties. Experimental results demonstrate that strain rate has a great effect on fracture stress, yield stress and flow stress of viscoelastic material PP+EPDM-TD10. Base on advanced Erying theoretical model integrating the experimental results, the functional models of yield stress and strain rats were determined.
