摘要
对聚丙烯(PP)材料在应变率跨越10-4-10-1量级范围内的缺口敏感性做了实验研究,实验结果表明,PP试样,无论带缺口还是不带缺口,对应变率具有一定的敏感性;PP的缺口试样在不同应变率下的拉伸强度极限随着缺口深度的增加而有所增加,而与缺口底部圆弧半径没有明显的关系;以缺口敏感度NSR衡量,PP对缺口是不敏感的。
The notch sensitivity of polypropylene(PP) is studied when the orders of magnitude of the strain rate from 10^-4 to 10^-1. The results show that the PP sample with notch or without notch has certainly sensitivity to strain rate;and the tensile strength limit of the PP notch samples increases basically with the increasing of notch depth under different strain rates, but it is not related obviously to the radius of the circular arc of the notch bottom; and according to the notch sensitivity ratio, PP is not sensitive to the notch.
