摘要
试验以多肉植物万象幼嫩叶片为外植体,研究其组织培养快繁体系的建立。结果表明:初代诱导培养阶段以MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最佳;快速繁殖阶段以MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L最适宜;生根培养用1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基效果佳。
The tender leavesof Haworhiamaughanii were used as the explants to study the construction ofrapid propagation with tissue culture. The results indicated thatthe optimal medium for regeneration, rapid propagation and rooting were MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L and 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L, respectively.
