摘要
综合十二卷属多肉植物组培快繁的研究现状,分别论述了不同外植体、基本培养基及激素对十二卷属多肉植物的诱导分化、增殖、壮苗和生根的影响,介绍了十二卷属外植体褐变和玻璃化的预防措施以及生根壮苗培养的方法,并分析了十二卷属多肉植物组培快繁存在的问题及发展前景。
The current research progress of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Haworthia Duval succulent plants was summarized. The effects of different explant, basic medium, and phytohormone on inducing differentiation, proliferation, strong seedling and rooting of Haworthia Duval succulent plants were discussed. The prevention measures of brown and vitrification of Haworthia Duval and the methods of rooting and strong seedling culture were introduced, the existing problems of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Haworthia Duval succulent plants and prospects were also analyzed.
