摘要
目的:乡村医生是农村卫生服务体系中重要的卫生人力资源,客观了解当前乡村医生发展现状,有助于为政府部门制定乡村医生人力发展规划提供相关参考依据。方法:基于对江苏省5个样本县/市(区)的基层医疗卫生服务机构2630名乡村医生的基本调查,采用描述性统计方法进行数据分析。结果:当前乡村医生依然面临着实际配置不足、年龄结构老化、学历水平较低等问题。结论:乡村医生是保证农村居民卫生服务可及性的重要卫生人力,但是乡村医生数量不足、年龄老化及继续教育滞后等问题严重制约农村基层卫生服务的发展,阻碍我国农村现代化发展进程。政策建议:(1)加强在岗乡村医生的教育培训,提升职业素养水平;(2)完善乡村医生人才培养机制,保障充足的后备人才队伍建设;(3)改善乡村医生执业环境,提高收入待遇。
Objective Village doctors are important factors in rural health service system. Investigating the current status of village doctors can provide relevant reference for the government which contributing to the development of village doctors. Methods An institutional survey was conducted among five cities in Jiangsu Province to collect the basic information of population sociology of 2630 village doctors. Results The development of village doctors was facing some serious problems, mainly including insufficient number, aging, low education level. Conclusion Village doctors are important health human resource to ensure rural residents access to health service, but some problems of village doctors, such as insufficient number, aging and low education level, seriously hampered the development of rural primary health service, and hindered the process of developing contemporary rural areas. Suggestions. 1 ) Strengthening education and training of village doctors under employment to enhance the level of professionalism ; 2) Completing the training mechanism to ensure adequate number of village doctors; 3 ) Improving the working environment and income level of village doctors.
