摘要
美国智库ITIF频繁抛出针对中国的所谓"负和""以邻为壑"的创新重商主义论调,意欲丑化中国对外贸易政策,歪曲中国的自主创新战略,实质上是美国制衡中国的"挤压策略",为美国"遏制"中国崛起及寻求制定"新游戏规则"进而谋求自身经济利益、地缘政治、意识形态及霸权逻辑服务。中国只有坚持走自主创新之路,深度融入国际政治经济一体化,并谋求在国际经济政治秩序变革中拥有谈判话语权、规则制定权、空间发展权及决策权,才能有力回应来自美国的责难和妖魔化。
US think-tank ITIF frequently throw against China＇s so-called ＂negative-sum＂ and ＂beggar thy neighbor＂ innovation mercantilist argument, intended to smear China＇s foreign trade policy and distort in- dependent innovation strategy, which is essentially to adapt to American economic interests, geopolitical i- deological and hegemonic logic needs. China only adhere to the road of independent innovation, and seeks to develop international rules of discourse right in order to effectively response to accusations and demoni- zation from the United States.
