摘要
我国学者对公共图书馆的理论研究长期停留在县级以上公共图书馆,对县级以下基层公共图书馆的理论研究较少涉及,从一定程度上影响了基层公共图书馆事业的可持续发展。文章通过对我国乡村公共图书馆的性质、特征和职能的定位研究,以探索理论知识来指导其实践的发展,既有利于完善乡村公共图书馆基本理论体系,也为改进乡村公共图书馆发展策略提供理论依据。
The theoretical research of public hbraries in China has long remained in the public libraries above the county level, and is almost blank in rural libraries, which impacts sustainable development of the rural public libraries. This article makes a research on the nature, features and function orientation of rural public libraries, explores the development of new knowledge to guide the practice, which is conducive to the basic theoretical system of perfecting the rural public libraries and provides a theoretical basis for the development strategies of rural public libraries.
