摘要
公共图书馆的性质和社会职能以及中国社会发展的需要决定了公平服务是公共图书馆的基本要义,而资源的合理配置是公平服务的前提。介绍了旨在推动公平服务的图书馆实践,探讨了公共图书馆平权理想的实现。
The nature and social functions of public libraries, and China＇ s social development needs decide fair justice to the basic spirit of the public library services. And the rational allocation of resources is a prerequisite for fair service. This paper introduces library services aimed at the promotion of fair practice, and discusses the realization of the ideal of equal rights of the public library.
