摘要
幼儿教师的回应行为贯穿于集体教育活动的全过程,并寓于师幼互动情景中,是影响教学质量的重要保证。通过案例和数据反映当前在集体教育活动中教师回应行为的现状及问题,在此基础上分析相关影响因素,从而提出合理化建议,以期提高教师在集体教育活动中的应答策略水平,促进教师与幼儿的共同发展。
Preschool teacher's response behavior runs through the course of collective education activities, and gets involved in the teacher-student interactive scenario, which is an important guarantee for teaching quality. Based on the case and data, this paperstudiesthe present situation and problems of teachers' response behaviors in the current collective education.Based on the analysis of related factors, this paper also puts forward reasonable suggestions in order to improve the teachers' strategic levels in collective education activities and promote the common development of teachers and children.
