摘要
在大型压力容器球罐的首次开罐检测过程中,在焊缝两侧工卡具焊迹处发现有大量裂纹存在。本文从裂纹特征、裂纹处理和裂纹产生原因等方面进行了描述分析,并提出了相应的防范措施。
On the opening inspection process of spherical tank for the first time, it was found that there was a large number of cracks in welding fixture place on both sides of butt-welded seam. It is described and analyzed in terms of cracks characteristics, cracks treatment and cracks causes, this thesis puts forward some corresponding preventive measures.
