杭州市不动产统一登记信息管理系统利用自助终端机实现了凭有效二代身份证自助完成不动产登记信息查询、表单打印、盖章等流程,大大节约了人力、物力、财力成本,简化了办事手续,为办事群众提供了便捷、轻松、可靠的查档服务,有效提升了政府部门的服务效率和水平。
The unified registration information management system of Hangzhou real estate uses the self-service terminal to achieve with a valid second-generation ID card the real estate registration information query, form printing, sealing and other processes, thus greatly saving the human, material and financial costs, simplifying the procedures for the masses to provide a convenient, easy and reliable file service, effectively enhance the efficiency of government departments and the level of service.
