摘要
不动产登记工作开展以来,自然资源部相继提出增速提效、信息共享、压缩登记时限、互联网+便民等多项改革举措,取得了良好的成效。为进一步深化"放管服"改革,拓展自然资源统一确权登记,本文从武汉市不动产登记工作的改革经验出发,提出线上、下一体化不动产智慧服务模式,探索"互联网+人工智能"在不动产登记中的应用实践。该方法在实际工作中得到应用,具有推广使用价值。
Since the start of the registration of real estate,the Ministry of Natural Resources has put forward a series of reform measures such as speed increase effect,information sharing,compression registration time limit,Internet+convenience and achieved good results.In order to further deepen the reform of"letting go of management and services"and expand the right registration of natural resources,this paper starts with the experience of the reform of real estate registration in Wuhan,and puts forward the online and offline integrated real estate intelligent service mode,and explores the application and practice of"Internet+artificial intelligence"in real estate registration.This method has been applied in practical work,and it is worth popularizing.
