摘要
本文分析了数字时代发展特征;基于《自然资源部信息化建设总体方案》确定的自然资源信息化总体架构和发展方向,提出了4个方面的自然资源信息化科技创新领域,包括构筑支撑自然资源管理数字化转型的数字底座,推动基于大数据分析的自然资源“认知升维”,创建面向自然资源管理重大需求的数字化、智能化技术集成应用场景,以规模化应用、业务化运行引领自主核心信息技术迭代升级;研究并讨论了13个值得关注的技术问题。
This paper analyses the features of the digital era development,and puts forwards 4 natural resources informatization technological innovation domains based on the definite overall architecture and development direction of natural resources informatization in"the Overall Plan of Ministry of Natural Resources Informatization Construction".That is to propose the digital basis that constructs and supports natural resources management digital transformation,promote natural resources cognitive dimension lift based on big data analysis,create digital and intelligent integration application scenario facing natural resources management major demands and guide autonomous kernel technology upgradation with large-scale application and business operation.Further this paper studies and discusses 13 noteworthy technological issues.
