摘要
针对传统磷化物制备方法——程序升温还原法(TPR法)存在的问题,如还原温度高、升温步骤繁杂、H2耗量大、易结焦等。介绍了对其改进方法,如助剂添加、免焙烧法等方法的最新研究进展,以及不同磷源的使用所制备催化剂的特点。通过对目前磷化物催化剂的制备方法的了解,对高性能催化剂的制备及工业应用提供重要的理论依据。
In general, phosphide catalysts were prepared by using conventional temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) method,however,there are some problems,such as high reduction temperature,compli-cated operation in raising temperature,large consumption in H2,and easy scaling. Referred to these prob-lems ,this review introduced the up-to-date development in the modification of TPR method, such as the addition of additives,the Non-Calcination method,and the characteristics of the catalysts prepared under different phosphorus source. The understanding of the preparation method of the current phosphide cata-lysts, will have an important theoretical basis for the preparation and the industrial application of high-per-formance industrial catalysts.
