摘要
采用等离子体与柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶相结合的方法制备LaCoO_3催化剂,考察等离子体焙烧功率、等离子体焙烧时间、搅拌温度、柠檬酸浓度等不同制备条件对催化剂脱硝活性的影响。结果表明,等离子体的焙烧功率为60 W时,催化剂中的有机物完全去除,并且避免了烧结作用的发生;焙烧时间为3 min时,有机物质可完全分解,催化剂晶体均匀分布;搅拌温度为50℃时可明显提高晶粒的分散程度,同时避免团聚现象的发生;柠檬酸的浓度不会影响催化剂的晶体结构,对脱硝性能的影响非常小。
LaCoO_3 catalyst was prepared by a plasma and citric acid sol-gel combined method.Effects of the plasma calcination power,calcination time,mixing temperature and citric acid concentration on the catalyst activity were investigated.The results show that when the calcination power of plasma is 60 W,organic matters in the catalyst can be completely removed and the phenomenon of sintering is avoided; organic matters can be completely decomposed and catalyst crystals are uniformly distribution when the plasma calcination time is3 min; when the stirring temperature is 50 ℃,the dispersion degree of grain can be obviously improved and no agglomeration phenomenon is found.The concentration of citric acid does not affect the crystal structure of the catalyst,and affects the performance of the denitration very little.
