摘要
针对火电厂SCR脱硝装置的实际情况,对国家标准空气中氨的3种测试方法:靛酚蓝分光光度法、纳氏试剂法和离子选择性电极法进行了对比试验研究。结果显示3种方法均可应用于火电厂SCR脱硝装置后烟气的氨逃逸测量,其中离子选择性电极法对于抗飞灰干扰性能最佳,纳氏试剂法的数据更为稳定,实际应用中推荐采用该2种方法。
According to the practical situation of the SCR denitrafication equipment of power plants,the comparative study on three ammonia slip measurement methods,including indophenol blue spectrophotometric method,Nessler' s reagent spectrophotometry method and ion selective electrode method,is conducted.The result shows that the three methods can all be applied to the measurement of ammonia slip of flue gas from the SCR denitration equipments in the power plants.Among the three methods,the ion selective electrode method has the most excellent anti-dust ability,while the Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry method has the most stable result.The two methods are recommended for practical application.
