摘要
针对靛酚蓝分光光度法测定室内空气中氨浓度的有关问题进行了试验研究,通过试验和数据对比,对实验中的干扰因素、最佳测定条件、检测范围、精密度及回收率等进行了初步分析和讨论,并介绍了分析试验干扰因素的消除方法。
Ammonia is one of the major pollutants to indoor air quality. Spectrophotometry with Indigo Blue to test ammonia concentration in indoor air is discussed. Interfering factors, determination of the best conditions, Measuring range, Precision, Recovery to this test and Interfering factors elimination are also involved in this paper.
