X射线荧光光谱法测定加氢精制催化剂中的镍、钼、钨和磷 被引量:3

摘要 通过模拟加氢精制催化剂组成制备一系列不同组分含量的标准样品,采用经验系数法校正基体效应,建立X射线荧光光谱法测定加氢精制催化剂中活性组分镍、钼、钨、磷含量的分析方法,测定范围(质量分数):NiO,1.92%~7.1%;MoO3,8.80%~13.69%;WO3,8.81%~14.50%;P2O5,2.04%~6.96%。建立的4条定量校准曲线的相关系数均高于0.999,测定结果相对标准偏差均小于1%,具有较高的准确度和精密度,能很好地满足科研和工业生产的需求。 A series of standard samples with different component contents were prepared by simulating the composition of hydrofining catalyst,and the matrix effect was corrected by empirical coefficient method.Then a method for the content determination of nickel,molybdenum,tungsten and phosphorus in hydrofining catalysts was established by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The determination range(mass fraction)is as follow:w(NiO)=1.92%~7.1%,w(MoO3)=8.80%~13.69%,w(WO3)=8.81%~14.50% and w(P2O5)=2.04%~6.96%.This method has high accuracy and precision that the correlation coefficients of the four quantitative calibration curves established by this method were all higher than 0.999 and the relative standard deviation of the determination result was less than 1%,which met the needs of scientific research and industrial production.
