摘要
精神分裂症给患者带来了较大影响,不利于患者正常生活,该病给患者及家属,乃至社会亦造成沉重负担。患者的认知功能损伤与职业、家庭关系及自我照顾能力密切相关,进一步研究治疗方法成为当今精神病学的热点之一。康复医学的快速发展使精神分裂患者的康复治疗呈多样化方式。目前临床对精神分裂症患者认知功能损害的治疗主要以认知康复训练为主,这种带有明显策略性的学习式训练能在一定程度上缓解患者的精神症状,并改善认知功能。
Schizophrenic to patients with agreater impact,is not conducive to the normal life of patients, the disease to patients and their families, and even the commenity also caused a heavy burden. The cognitive impairment of the patients is closely related to the occupation, family relationship and self-care ability, and further research on the treatment has become one of the hot topics in psychiatry. With the rapid development of rehabilitation medicine, the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients is diversified. Current clinical treatment of cognitive impairment of the schizophrenia patients is mainly cognitive rehabilitation training, and this strategic learning style training can alleviate the patient＇s psychiatric symptoms and improve cognitive function to some extent.
