认知矫正治疗对精神分裂症患者认知功能和服药依从性的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨认知矫正治疗对精神分裂症患者认知功能和服药依从性的影响。方法选择2012年6月至2013年6月在中南大学湘雅二医院住院诊治的精神分裂症患者104例,采用随机数字表法分为认知矫正治疗组和对照组。治疗组在医师指导下采用神经认知矫正手册(汉化版)进行治疗,对照组给予常规工娱治疗;随访6个月。采用威斯康星卡片分类测验(Wisconsin card sorting test,WCST)评价认知功能;观察两组患者治疗前后的认知功能和服药依从性改善情况。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组的威斯康星卡片分类测验评分总测试数、持续错误数、随机错误数和完成分类数较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),两组正确次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后服药依从情况较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后服药依从情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论认知矫正治疗能显著改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能,并提高其服药依从性,值得临床推广应用。
