摘要
目的 了解家庭关系对精神分裂症患者的病情及疗效的影响。方法 将符合CCMND -2 -R的精神分裂症患者随机分为好、一般、差三组 ,用BPRS总分及减分率评定其病情及疗效。结果 家庭关系好的病情严重程度及总体疗效均好于家庭关系差的。讨论 改善精神分裂症患者家庭关系对其病情及疗效具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To study the effect of the family membership to the state of illness of schizophreniacs and the curative effect. Methods According to the state of family membership, the schizophreniac who satisfied the CCMN-2-R criteria were randomly divided into three groups: good, general, bad. BPRS was used to evaluate symptoms and curative effect. Results The patients with a good family membership had a better curative effect than the bad ones. Conclusions In order to remit schizophrenia patients condition and raise the curative effect, it is important to improve the family membership.
