摘要 移植皮瓣的成活一直是困扰烧伤整形外科的难题之一,因其主要受到缺血再灌注损伤及血管网重建的限制,不能进一步提高皮瓣成活率。而缺血再灌注损伤的机制主要为:氧自由基等活性氧物质生成、中性粒细胞聚集介导炎症反应、一氧化氮(NO)作用、钙(Ca^(2+))超载及能量代谢障碍、细胞凋亡等。重组人生长激素在促进蛋白合成、减少蛋白分解、免疫调节、促进创面愈合及血管生成等方面有着重要作用,本文就重组人生长激素(rhGH)对皮瓣存活的影响研究进展做一综述。 The survival of skin flap transplantation is one of the difficult problems in burn and plastic surgery, be- cause it mainly subjected to ischemia reperfusion injury and vascular network constraints. That's why it cannot further improve flap survival rate. The mechanism of ischemia reperfusion injury includes: oxygen free radicals and other active oxygen generation, neutrophil cell aggregation mediated inflammatory reaction, nitric oxide (No), calcium (Ca^2+) overload and energy metabolism barrier, apoptosis and so on. Recombinant human growth hormone in promoting protein synthesis, reduce the protein decomposition, immune regulation, promote wound healing and angiogenesis plays an important role. This paper reviews the research progress of the effect of rhGH on the survival of the flap.
